Webb Hyundai uses misleading, dishonest, unethical business practices. Staff display very low regard for clientele that they believe are incapable of affording their product. A "bait and switch" maneuver on the part of the sales staff locked me into a lease written in SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. I made a cash down payment, contributed my own former car toward the down payment, and I have made all of the subsequent payments ON TIME. Unfortunately, this will have no bearing at all on my good credit rating, which I wanted very much to build upon for the future (because Webb Hyundai put the lease in the name of the person who accompanied me to the dealership on the day of the transaction merely for moral support). Webb Hyundai was made aware of their dishonest actions, but merely took an attitude of "Sorry, a deal is a deal". and then ignored my appeals for correction. This is the worst company that I have ever encountered. I would not want anyone to have the devastating experience with this dealership that I had.
