Review content:
Absolutely awful experience. I got an iPhone for my upgrade which was not working well at all at home. I exchanged it for another iPhone thinking it was just a defective model. After 5 days (well within my 14 days) this phone was not working either. Turns out the iPhone simply isn't compatible with my Airave, something I have to have living in the country. So I went to swap it for an HTC, a phone I KNOW works at home) & the salesperson basically told me I was screwed. Since I had swapped it once (paid a $35 restocking fee too) I had to deal with any problems with the second phone for the next 2 years. He didn't care it was still in my 14 day guaranteed satisfaction grace period. He told me I would have to recreate the problem. How can I recreate a lack of internet issue I have AT HOME in the store? I had Sprint on the phone while in the store, they said this was ridiculous & he refused to speak to the rep.\r
To make a long story short, same day went to the West Dundee store & they exchanged it no problem for an HTC One, no restocking fee. Geneva store-God awful. West Dundee-awesome.
