This company far exceeded my expectations! I actually used them twice. First my puppy chewed a hole in the carpet and they came out the same day. But he rechewed it 2 days later so we waited until a month before we moved to have them come back and by then we had 7 spots where he chewed more holes and a couple red dye stains. Jenny in the office is amazing and the guys that came out, Rob M and Jason, were very professional and did an outstanding job! I can't even tell where they patched all those holes. If I ever have any carpet problems again they will be the first ones I call. They saved me a lot of money.
