The most exciting time of your life is seeing your baby for the first time and finding out the sex of your baby. We traveled 1 and half hours away to go to babys first images in kennesaw, ga. With hopes to know what we were having. our unborn baby was almost 16 weeks, so we thought for sure we were in the clear as far as knowing what we were having as long baby had opened legs. the lady scanning told us she was 100% sure it was a girl! Well, yay b/c thats what we were hoping for and we already have 3 boys at home! we went out and bought tons of pink and i bought a very girly car seat cover, we told all our family members by introducing a very girly and pink outfit first. So when we were told 3 weeks later that its actually a boy, well, i was pretty upset. how was that tech 100% sure it was a girl when clearly it is a boy? I think its because this place is unprofessional. Not that the techs themselves arent experienced, but i think they are told to be "100%" so the owner doesnt have to offer a make up session later. when i contacted them telling them they were wrong, i received a very rude response and was told i would have to pay full package price minus 10% for being a return customer if i wanted verification scans (they offer a small discount for any return client). dont trust them if they say they are 100% sure. its just bull that they give you and they cross their fingers that they are correct, and if u do end up with a problem, they will push the rude email guy who i think may be the owner on you to assure you that you are dumb. the guy was horribly rude right out of the box and never offered any consolation. this place only cares about your money and nothjng else. We could have went to any ultrasound place by my home or even Atlanta, and i chose them.
