Went in with an antique lamp and Mr. Tipler spent probably 30 minutes with us to find the perfect shade. He said we needed an insulator in one of the two lamp sockets and also a 3 inch extension on the top to make the shade stand up higher. We left for lunch and said we also needed 2 bulbs for the lamp. When we returned they had added the extension, replaced the insulator and said we owed him $4 for the bulbs. So nice to have a business that will do the little things and throw them in for free. Go nowhere else if you need anything to with lamp repair, etc. PS. Also nice to find out that our lamp is worth $650-$700 when we only paid $250. Thanks again.
