Review content:
Since I always read reviews and appreciate the consumers that take the time to write them to help inform others, I feel compelled to rate this particular business as my first ever review. While I think it is possible to have a pleasant experience with this pool company and end up with a beautiful pool, consider yourself lucky. The owner, Toni was 40 minutes late for our initial appt. and didn't say a word about making us wait. She is knowledgable and answers basic questions quickly but becomes somewhat irritated if her fast-paced speech is interrupted with a question or concern. She seems capable of completing a job but her harsh personality should be a red flag to any potential client. She displayed very unprofessional behavior and her employees seem to have to make excuses for her moods. Keep this review in mind if you meet with her and I think you will see what I mean.
