Review content:
They can print, but don't even think of giving them anything other than a pdf. They have the native software for InDesign, Illustrator QuarkXPress, PageMaker, but have a cow if you don't send them a pdf. I had to actually teach some poor guy how to do font replacement and page setup and print from Quark. He did not know about importing at least he was gracious and he thanked me for teaching him. He is no longer there and they have replaced him with people with the same smarts but are extremely rude. This time around, they told me "don't come here again unless you know what your doing!! -- You give us a pdf, or we don't do business with you -- understood??" Then there is the FedEx part: They overcharged but the receipt said they did not. The person that did the packaging pocketed the money. Needless to say giving one star would be too good for them. A star with a negative number in front, preferably in scientific notation would be warranted if only to save space.
