Earlier this spring when our lawn looked sparse in many places and there seemed to be a lot of thatch I called to see if we should do some dethatching as an assertive step to encourage growth . I was advised by the technician to be patient and that our spring had arrived later than usual and that given time our lawn would be fine . I took that advice and since have seen our lawn look as good as it ever has in our seven years here in Florida and all with Bug Out as our service company. Whenever we have an issue with weeds or bugs of any sort , the response is immediate and effective ! We are very satisfied and happy. Sincerely , Jim and Carol Schulz
