After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.
Additionally, we are aware that there may be content on Judy's Book that is personal in nature or feels invasive. Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. In cases where contact information for the author is listed on the page, we recommend that you work directly with this person to have the content in question removed or changed.

The phone receptionists here are great! Very pleasant and kind. Unfortunately, they are not the ones who provide service to my home. The gentleman who came out was rude and hostile. He rang the bell and pushed his way into my home without so much as a greeting or even showing his badge or ID. He carelessly moved items out of his way without asking and wouldn't even respond to direct questions or pleasantries. Horrible experience. Would never call them again! RESPONSE FROM ANDY ONCALL MARIETTA: We are very sorry for the experience Ms. McCants had with one of our craftsman. However, we have not heard from her since April 2012 when she received a quote. We would have been glad to rectify the situation had she ever notified us of it. We could have sent another craftsman, or even had the manager review the project personally. We pride ourselves on only working with polite, respectful and professional craftsmen. Such an incident would not have been ignored if we knew about it.
