I waited from 10:45A to nearly 5P for CJ's to get a bolt to attach to my oil pan that had been stripped. Had it not been replaced, the oil could've ruined my engine. CJ's didn't charge me for the part because of the LONG wait. The fact is, CJ's didn't have to go that extra mile to ensure my Saturn Vue would operate safely but they chose to and I am EXTREMELY grateful. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of CJ's and would recommend the shop to anyone.
