BMW X5 needed a trailer hitch. We turned to the pros at Motorcar for advice (dealer/Uhaul, Hidden Hitch from eTrailer.com). Scott reviewed the website for Hidden Hitch and gave me the thumbs-up to order. We took it over for installation a few days later. The installation went very smoothly, especially since one of the techs is BMW certified, and we were on our way. The install was really clean and all of the concerns about cutting through the bumper were unfounded. They finished it off beautifully and we are very pleased with the result. We chose Motorcar because after the consultation, we trusted them far more than anyone else, including the BMW dealer, to do the work, and at a fair and reasonable price.
