Come in, make the problem known, I get a quote, I get a time to make it available, I get an estimate on the delivery date, it's fixed! Old cars, new cars, rare cars; It just gets fixed! No BS, no bill cramming. Everyone runs into delays for one reason or another... Expect to get a prompt call with the details and a new pickup time.
When the other guys give you the "We can't do it because ---Insert any bad excuse----, BS, or: We can't change your headlight bulb, we have to replace the front end, the motor, and every sad BS story they can invent to soak you out of 5 months of salary, CFA shines through. They just fix it. They make the other guys look pretty bad!
