Review content:
I wish to share my personal experience involving an elder law/assisted living home case. If anyone is ever in need of an excellent attorney in a nursing home negligence or wrongful death case then I would highly recommend Joe Dughman. I was fortunate enough to be referred to his law office after my mother passed away due to negligence in a local Nashville nursing home /assisted living facility. Attorney Dughman has a very methodical common sense approach when investigating a case. Attorney Dughman has shown nothing but compassion for myself and my family during a very difficult time and is the attorney anyone should hire to require the nursing homes to accept personal responsibility for their failures.
