Review content:
The initial project I called Chicagoland Plumbing Services for was replacing a failed sump pump. When Brian Janik from Chicagoland arrived he completed that project and then also noticed other plumbing faults in my system. He was quick and efficient and he inexpensively repaired those faults in the same service call.
This was some of the best customer service I've ever seen. He was truly outstanding. He overcame objections I didn't even know I had. It was great. He arrived lightning fast and he solved the problem. It was such a good experience that I had him come back two days later to install a new water heater and a second sump pump in another location.
