Review content:
I just purchased a house in Eagle, Idaho. It was about twenty years old and the a/c units were original with the home. I knew I was going to have to replace them at some point, but I thought I'd get another year out of them. But they died on me when I wasn't home. The house was 95 degrees. It was probably hotter inside than it was outside. I called Diamond Heating and Cooling and the contractor came to troubleshoot the system. They looked at it and told me they could do some repairs, but that it would probably be temporary. They were really honest and told me what the options were. I decided to replace the system. What I based that decision on was their candidness. They were very honest about their view of the system and my options. They told me what their opinions were on all of those options and they did a great job for me. I was impressed at all levels. The assessment team was great and it was the first time I think I've actually seen an owner work on an installation. They were just honest, hardworking guys. The guys who did the installation worked their butts off and were very professional the whole time. It was an $18,000 job, which is not something you take lightly. I was really impressed with the job they did for me.
