Our condo has a special water heating system, and many, many water heater companies in the area, including Home Depot, do not have this type of water heater in stock nor serviced this system. One of the few was Fast water heaters.\r

When getting services that involve my most expensive investment, I like to get as many details as possible and have the servicers be as transparent as possible. They did just that: from the first time I picked up the phone, I got nothing but courteous, professional, and prompt\r
communication. This remained true throughout the entire installation process, which took about 4 hours. They stuck exactly to the estimated quote, and explain each item line by line when we questions. Installation went off without a hitch and now we have a brand-new water heater without any interruptions or issues thus far. Lastly, some places charged $100 or more just to come out for the inspection, whereas Fast water heaters does this completely free of charge.\r
