I want to personally thank Mark and Gene for their assistance today. I had a pretty unique case with the return of my leased Insight and they worked together to get me in a 2013 Civic with the most optimum down payment and lease payment. You guys have a fan for life. I will never buy a car anywhere else. Mark used the word "family" and I truly feel like I am being treated like a member of the Schaumburg Honda family. Thank you to everyone.
