I have been using Snell Heating and Air Conditioning for several years now and have found them to be reliable, exceedingly competent, timely with appointments, and trustworthy. Ben M. has been my service technician from the start, and he has consistently gone the extra mile to keep my units functioning properly and in good working order. With other HVAC suppliers, my semi-annual visits were always an invitation for huge bills (you need this and you need that and you should purchase this and you purchase that) and I was always being sold something. Snell isn't like that at all. What a pleasure to deal with honest people who have THE CONSUMER'S interest at heart. I'm a big fan, and Ben M. has been terrific.
