The Inn Place in Royal Oak, MI is by far my favorite little hang-out! Yes, I even drive there from Dearborn Heights because it is THIS GOOD! I absolutely love to sing karaoke and it is by far the best version of karaoke I have ever encountered . . . I can't imagine wanting a song that ISN'T on the list.........they've got it all! The food is good, generously portioned and reasonably priced . . . this goes for the drinks as well. I love the people there and the motto of ""you are a stranger here but once,"" holds very true. After just one visit over two years ago, I have always been greeted by name, a hug and of course, a smile! I recommend this bar to anyone who loves to sing . . . karaoke is on Thursday and Saturday evenings. Even if you are just looking to grab a drink after work and ""chill out"" in a low-key, inviting atmosphere, please be sure to stop by the Inn Place..........even though it does get quite busy at times, you won't be disappointed! The owner, staff and patrons are all GREAT and I look forward to my next visit!!!!!
