Five Star Plumbing's customer service dept bends over backwards to try to find a visit time that works with your own busy schedule. The service tech always show up within 10 minutes of the time they say they will. They call ahead to give you a warning and once they get onsite they hop to it. They find the most effective AND most cost-efficient way to solve the problem and are very forthcoming with options, information, costs, etc. Their prices are very reasonable and their service staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd particularly love to send kudos Shawn's way. He has taken care of my home twice now and done an excellent job both times. AND - he is even so professionally courteous that he takes his shoes off at my front door before entering the house - and I didn't even have to ask. :-)
