I have used this company for more than the last 4 years. In the first 2 years, service was good. As the company is a Mom & Pop shop, when they transferred operations to their children, I have had nothing but trouble.
If you want to experience more problems that dealing with a tenant directly, this is the company for you.
They signed the tenant to a year lease, without ever notifying me. They failed to communicate needed repairs, have increased my repair costs 500% year over year. They have collected rent from the tenant and failed to remit payment to the owner.
Everyone makes mistakes. But this is systemic.
They call my cell phone like teenagers, over and over without leaving messages. Very problematic for me (when participating in business meetings) and unprofessional on their part.
They do not respond to emails, do not return calls and always conduct themselves in a condescending manner.
One gets what they pay for, and I would rather pay more for acceptable business relations than save a few pennies and have so much of my time consumed managing the property management company.
I'm disappointed, but not surprised.
