It was a Sunday and my daughters birthday. We had sent her gifts from NY to Boston to be delivered overnight, two days prior to Sunday. To our surprise the post office did not deliver the gifts as promised. Imagine my daughter along ways from home and no gifts. I called Central Square Florist in Boston and spoke to David who was courteous, kind and very intelligent. He promised me that he would put together a surprise and make sure she would get it the same day. The gifts from Central Square arrived just hours after I spoke to him and made my daughters day. Central Square rates number 1 in my book. Outstanding service! Thank You from my entire family, you saved the day!
