I've gone to this place probably 7 or 8 times now. They have true Texas Ribs (I'm a Texan so I know what they're supposed to taste like) - Very GOOD. Finally someone who knows how to truly make great tasting ribs that are smoked long enough to melt off the fat. Very good brisket, decent sausages, and good burgers. The only thing I disliked were the riblets on the appetizer menu - just plain nasty!!!
