Review content:
I hired Affordable Handyman to repair a window in my master bedroom. I talked to Will and he sent Doug to my home to complete the repair. Doug made a first visit to assess the repair, take measurements, and determine the window manufacturer. Doug then took this information and ordered the window from the manufacturer directly. When Doug returned to install the window he realized he ordered the wrong color. He ordered off-white / ivory instead of white. He said he would order another window in the correct color at no charge to me since it was his mistake. Well 9 months later and after numerous unanswered phone calls and messages. I still don't have the correct window. Affordable Handyman's practices are very unethical, deceptive, dishonest, and immoral. I work hard for my money and expect to receive quality service in exchange for it!
