I had what I thought was a dying battery. They quickly and efficiently tested it, determined that it was bad and replaced it within 90 minutes. The mechanic that actually did the work, came in and explained what he'd found. Perhaps I could have gone to an Auto Parts store but with Roving Auto, I have the confidence that the mechanic working on my car is actually a trained mechanic and not a 'counter person'. I also do not have to endure the 'upsell'. They install just what I need. And they do it with a polite, professional attitude.
