Review content:
I purchased 2 couches along with matching chairs form the Rancho Cucamonga store in April 2013. The product looked good and was comfortable at first. These couches were at my second home in lake havasu. After 2 months with very little use, the frame to one of the couches broke. I contacted the warranty department and they asked me to send pictures, and said i would have to take the couch to Rialto to get repaired. I brought the couch back from Lake Havasu and waited for my return order number. HERE is where it gets fun. I was told my warranty is denied because i moved the couch from the original location! SAY WHAT? how was the couch suppose to get to Rialto. I am disputing this all the way up the ladder. By the way the couch and chairs are Junk. Couldn't tell at the store, but when the frame broke i could see how this couch was made. 2x2 Pine for the frame, and they had the balls to ask me how was it the frame broke as if i was using it as a trampoline. Spend your money somewhere else!
