We took our little toy fox terrier into Arbor View so they could put a microchip in her in case she got lost. Somehow they managed to jam the microchip THROUGH the little dog's spine and paralyze her (later both the microchip company and the neurosurgeons told us they had never seen anything so incompetent done with a microchip). Arbor View stubbornly refused to see any problem with the dog until my wife demanded an X-Ray. Arbor View then saw their mistake and sent us off to Purdue University for a 3 hour surgery (for which they paid, after begging us not to sue them). The dog survived and can even walk-hop now, but a couple of months after the surgery, something was wrong and the dog was in agony. We went to Purdue again and Arbor View refused to pay. They talked us out of suing them in the first place, but now I wish we had. I encourage you NOT to take any animals you like to Arbor View.
