Hired Steve from tip top on apr 20 giving him 8, 000 dollars cash for a 16, 000 dollar job. for the exterior of my mom and dads home. who are in there 80s, mom has dimencia and dad has heart problems, i am a widow, and moved home to tend to my parents, trying to get there home in order. this man promised the job would be done in a week. on June 13th after not showing for numerous days.he hes not coming back , as he has no more suplly money and i had to give him 4, 000 more dollars to finish he had well enough money for all the supplies which he used somewhere else, as the contract states he hold the money in escrow until the job is complete where is my money... so he breached his;.. contract and never came back leaving me to hire , another contractor and costing me another 10,000 to finish , wich top line contractors had to repair what damamge tip top did, and redo the homethis man out and out robbed my elderly parents. stealing there money
