Review content:
It is a pleasure to write commending the services of your company for the last 3 ½ years. Holding onto a house and putting the property in your hands was one of the best decisions we ever made. The house was leased 90% of the time and was a valuable source of income as well as a tax write off. Also very importantly, you were able to handle some maintenance and repair issues that would have been almost impossible for us living in New York.
