MY MOST RECENT VISIT WAS TERRIBLE. I went yesterday (12/9/07) and the first thing I thought is these people must not be too happy to work on Sunday. I saw Dr. NIKNAM. This woman is rough, rude, impatient and unprofessional. Instead of politely asking me to turn my head, she yanked the bendable suction tube that was hooked over my mouth. She seemed to be laughing at me but I'm not sure. I bits of tooth polish in my eye and she was rubbing my eye and smeared my mascara- she finally let me go to the bathroom. She looked like she was trying to beat the clock, she was doing everything so fast and her assistant kept making me gag with the long non-bendable suction tube and they got annoyed when I had to tell them "you guys need to slow down with me I have alot of anxiety" to which the dr. replied "oh everyone does" but in a very rude tone. They wanted to sell their Rota-Dent brush (for $236) to me so the assistant said "You have alot of 5's so you need this" and she gave me binder to
