Put them in on Friday Aug.6th. They came in with their collars, tags leashes and food. Came to pick them up on Monday Aug. 9th and I forgot to bring their leashes so they offered to bring them out and I said yes, thank you. Got out to the van and the dogs were put in and my granddaughter said Lillie did not have her collar on. The leashes they used just slipped over their head. We looked the van over and it was not there so clearly it would have been lost either in the building or on the way to the van. The lady said maybe we left the coller at home. HELLO, we brought them in with the collars, tags and leashes. They took our leashes off and put theirs on. They are not taking the responsibility for losing the collar and tags.
