I took my beloved 13 yr old silky terrier,Chrissy to be put to sleep. It was the worst mistake of my life!!!! They put us in a room to say goodbye and do all the paperwork. A young girl came in with the paperwork and I filled them out stating that I wanted Chrissy cremated and her ashes returned. Paid the amount for the cremation & assumed that it was going to be OK. Dr. Rogers finally came in and proceded to put the needle in Chrissy's leg and push the stuff in and she started to YELP OUT IN PAIN!!! He pulled it out and left the room for a min. she was still yelping. By the time he got back she had almost passed but he proceded to put a needle in the other leg and she stopped breathing. I left her wrapped in her blanket with the people in the back. After 2 or 3 weeks of not hearing from them I called. The people up front said they would call back but didn't. After 1 week I called back & finally got Dr. Rogers on the phone after 2 others wouldn't tell me & he said that she was mass cr
