Rude. Unwilling to even consider performing warranty service despite being listed by manufacturer as the location in Baton Rouge. Did I mention rude? Unwilling to be helpful at all. Did I mention rude? Manufacturer still maintains they are required to do the warranty work. Drove there a second time with a copy of email stating such. Still no joy. And did I mention they are rude? Hope they go out of business soon.
