Chatham has been seeing my family's pets for YEARS. My grandma used to own a farm on Curran blacktop. Doc Boyce would make house calls for her horses and their other animals, cats, dogs and geese. Then when my mom grew up and started having her own pets, she took them to Doc Boyce and the rest of the Chatham vet. Never had any problems! In fact, they have always been extremely good to our pets and I've never had any complaint. Now that I am grown, I take my pets there. I don't mind the wait for the vet. because I know it's worth it. I took my cat Chippy to get neutered and it's was both reasonable and time-efficient. They even de-wormed him and just included it in the "package." One time I had an emergency, my cat Gimpy (at the time was named Yaz, but we changed his name to Gimpy) had gotten trapped in cage and really badly hurt his leg. We took him to the 24-hour vet on Wabash and was charged out the rear end for simple stuff. I think that visit was over three hundred dollars and the
