I have ordered Pizza from Lampost in Grass Valley for eight years when suddenly yesterday I was told they would not accept my check! It was a lousy $12 order, a small pizza plus the $2.00 tip I added on for the driver. I have written shecks to them on the same account w/ the same info for 8 years! The manager was horrible and was a complete liar when I asked him to check my order history. He told me that they "had never accepted a check from me in 8 years!" I could have said that I would put it on my credit card, but had already determined to never give them one dime of my hard earned money! What has become of Customer Service these days? To be so "brilliant" as to lose a customer over a $12 check is ridiculous. Gosh, I was so very hungry for a combination pizza!
