On Monday, my wife Jill had a 4:00 appointment with a Z Blinds rep for window treatment selections on a newly rehabbed rental. The rep called to say that she would be running an hour late due to detailed and extnded attention to her previous appointment. Jill told her that this would not work due to her shcedule. The owner, Levon, steps in and personally runs the appointment. Great job kudos to Z Blinds. The job turned out incredible and was way under budget!\r
