Great experience with Harpers! They were very friendly on the phone and when we rented the 4x4. They answered every question we had about Mauna Kea and the summit tour. They gave us a free map and directions, and some info on the Visitor Center on Mauna Kea. We would recommend the summit tour. The tour into the telescopes was AWESOME! The star-gazing afterwards was great. It would have been better if we had our own telescope.Harpers inspected the vehicle very thoroughly which we have never seen before. The agent told us the inspection was for our benefit so we don't get charged for any pre-existing damage. They checked the undercarriage with mirrors. You should see the mirrors on the ceiling! They said it was for box trucks. When we returned the vehicle, there were no problems since we didn't cause any new damage. The vehicle was a Toyota FJ Cruiser and it was the cleanest vehicle we've rented. The car, a Pontiac G6, we got from Alamo was dirty compared to Harpers.We would strongly rec
