Horrible! Their service for tenants is a joke, I was lucky enough to meet the owner of my rental and anytime we had a problem we would call Swift and then 2 hours after no call back we would call the owner and he would come fix it. They have tried to charge us extra money for made up reasons and blame it on our owner saying he wants money for something but then I would call the owner and he would have to call them, he is canceling his contract with them and we are moving....they SUCK, plain and simple. It seems as though they'd do anything to keep the owners happy, even lie to them about what they are doing to the tenants! If you are looking to rent, look somewhere else....if you are wanting to rent out your home to a company that can keep it rented to a nice family/person, go to them but your tenants won't stay long...I put up with them for too long!
