I am finally a homeowner! Before buying my home I rented from CR Property for 4 years. Their staff was outstanding to work with, especially during the move out. Their lease documents were straight forward and detailed to what I needed to do to get my Security Deposit refunded in FULLY. I liked that so there were no surprises in the end. I got a full refund!!!!
I realize that each property they manage has a different homeowner. Some owners do not mind spending money to keep their homes in great condition. I was very lucky to rent a home where making any kind of repairs and/or maintenances was not an issue. As a new homeowner, I now have to pay for everything myself. I really appreciate that while I rented, they had that responsibility. Oh, those were the good ole days.
