I got home from work around 8 pm on Thursday to find my 3 yr old mini dachshund with a huge cyst or bump right beside her tail. So as I am FREAKING out, I drove to the clinic in Matthews. By the time I got there, the cyst had ruptured and there was blood everywhere, so I was crying like a baby. From the front desk staff, to the tech, to the doctor - I feel I was treated with extreme compassion, (especially since I was a sobbing mess!) and they treated my dog very gently, which I really appreciated. The facility was very clean, and I was very pleased that my bill was far less than I expected. We always hear horror stories about emergency clinics costing a fortune, but I do not feel I was overcharged at all. Especially for the great care I received. I will certainly recommend this clinic to anyone, and even though I hope to never have to go back (for obvious reasons) it will be my first and only choice in case of an emergency. Danette Taylor
