Yeeup. Ye old Cape View dive has been replaced by a new bar that features an open style bar and deck overlooking a beautiful view of Cape Horn all the way out to the American River valley. Trains come and go through Robbers Ravine (which is just west of Secret Ravine..Riders of the Purple Sage anyone? Whats the story here?).\r
You can sit at the bar overlooking the Ravine, look out to Cape Horn surrounded by frogs from all over the world all while sipping a mango margarita and eating a burger. Pretty sweet.\r
\r
BUT, don't come here for the food necessarily though it tain't bad but its kind of standard bar food. Burgers are good. Pizza...if you want quisine, head to Giovannis down the road then hit the Red Frog for a drink, view and a band on the way out. \r
\r
Overall, a very unique and fun place worth visiting. Something no tourist should pass up and no local neither!
