Review content:
I have been a die hard Chang fan since they've opened. They completely deserve the "Best Ethnic food" in Wausau title that they have won 4 years in a row. I don't know how you can even compare it to buffet food, it's in a different class of its own. For one thing everything is made fresh when you order it and the quality of ingredients is above and beyond anything you'd find at a buffet. Nothing sits under heat lamps. They don't use any MSG like all the buffets, which is a HUGE thing for me since I sometimes get migraines from MSG. Try asking a buffet to not use any MSG and see what they say.....I spend about 10 bucks or less for a meal including tax at dinner time and it more then fills me up. I normally get the General Tsao's Chicken which is exactly $10.02 after tax. In my opinion that's not very expensive for the quality of food they give you. Sure, if you want all you can eat at a set price, then go ahead and eat at a buffet. I care more about quality then quantity so I will stick
