Our first experience with Main Street Blinds was not a good one to say the least. The salesperson missed our first scheduled appointment, then once we chose our Window Treatments they installed them and we were not happy with the look as they did not seem the same as the samples we picked. After some back and fourth and a third visit from our salesperson we found the right window dressing for no extra charge from our original purchase. This really meant a lot to me because it showed me that Main Street Blinds puts a lot into their customer service. Thanks Carol, rocky at first but a strong follow through.
