I've been to the office twice for a cleaning/check up and for whitening and have been very happy with my experiences at the office. All the staff are very friendly, regardless of who was seeing me for my visit. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed and its easy to tell that the office staff is a strong team that cares about their patients.
The hygienist who saw me (Denise ?) was great. She was very efficient in doing the cleaning and explained very well all elements of the cleaning and whitening. I could tell that she had a very good rapport with the Dr. as well, which made my checkup that much more effective. I don't have major issues with my teeth yet Dr. Plotnick gave me a thorough check up and good advice on how to keep it that way. I didn't see Dr. Teichman but chatted with him on my way out... he was interested in how my visit went and I got the impression that whoever I saw at the office, I'd be well taken care of.
So, all in all, a very satisfying dental experience. I'd write something about the waiting room or magazines but I've never spent more than a few moments there. Its always straight to the chair.
