Review content:
We went for a second visit and they told me my kids need sealants and I said OK. There was no mention that sealants are not covered by my Aetna insurance and that I have to pay $200 out of pocket. A week later I get a bill and I called them to complain but they wouldn't hear a thing and their argument was I should have known what my insurance covers and does not cover. Huh? I refused to pay and they took me to a collector and placed a delinquent record on my credit report. Evil, right? I bet that's how they make most of their money; how they maintain a well-oiled money making machine. If you ask me, that was pure profiteering with no regard for the patient whatsoever. For their greed -they get a poor rating! Stay away!\r
