Review content:
Installation of kitchen faucet on a Thursday; needed a different fitting. Had to order part, Didn't hear anything until Tuesday AM to say they were on their way. Ed Waterfall arrived - told me the installation would be $375 - this after I had not been given any estimate at all. Ed could see I was extremely upset, put me on the phone with original installer, Jerry. No satisfaction there - Ed called his boss who took the price down to $275 and waived the service call fee. Still think that was HUGELY expensive to install a faucet even with changing a fitting but that was not Ed's fault.. He did a wonderful job on the installation and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. If not for Ed's sensitivity I would have been calling another plumber. I deserved to have had a rough estimate of the price before they came back out. I'd recommend Ed any day - the company - not so much
