Review content:
I brought my sportage in for a recall related to the brakelights. I started hearing a noise at the rear and told them about it when I checked in. I was told that they would check it out "if they had time". It turns out that they did check it out and it is a bad right rear wheel bearing. They had to order the bearing and would contact me when it was in so I could make an appointment to have it changed (this is still under warranty). It has only been a few days, and with the 4th holiday I am not expecting to hear anything until next week.
While I was there, I bought a rear wiper blade for my sportage that i was assured would fit, and it does not. It is a sad state of affairs that a car company can make something as simple as a wiper blade so hard to get that the dealership can't even get the right one!
This is not the dealer's fault, I will chalk it up to KIA's trying to reinvent the wiper and screwing it up. I am sure the dealership will get me the right one the next time I am there.
