Overall, this practice is really good but for us, not accepting our Insurance's Health Savings Account card prevented us from continuing to utilize their services. Sadly, we were never informed they did not accept this fom of payment and only learned about it post bill. We felt this should have been disclosed clearly beforehand. It ended up being a lot of unnecessary (paper) work on our end to get reimbursed by my insurance. This was unfortunate, as Dr. Cawley was a really down to earth, warm individual who seemed to have strong medical knowledge base and really listened to your concerns. We were seen immediately when one of my kids was sick and never had to wait. . The office runs smoothly, especially for a one doctor practice and the staff are pretty friendly and receptive to concerns and questions you have.
