Review content:
Consider me an expert at this..and ill tell you- this is one of the worst dermotologists i have ever been to. Certainly some of their treatments might work for some, but i have heard from others stories of mistreatments here. Mainly the problem is with unskilled staff that works here.. i would recommend going somewhere you can feel comfertable around people who know what they are doing..
Here are some downsides ive experienced:
-phonecalls not returned
-entering the office and getting asked what are you here for? 5 times, 3 times by the same nursein 20 minutes, and once on my appointment paper
-incorrect pricing information
-inadequate side affects information
-staff who are not well informed on procedures are hired to tell you the procedures
-you can have an appt. and not even see the Dr.
Pros: the doctor
Cons: staff, inexperience, missinformation
