Review content:
I was traveling for business to Rochester, and had a craving for sushi...so I found Take Sushi online and decided to give it a try after reading a few favorable reviews, and I am happy to say that my review is favorable as well.\r \r The only ""minus"" I can see is the ambiance...Take is in a strip mall, but it takes nothing away from the quality of the food.\r \r We ordered Edemame for an appetizer, which was as expected...fresh and crisp, just a little heavy on the salt for my taste.\r \r For the ""main course"" I stuck with rolls...California, Crispy, Jello-Shot and Ninja Turtle.\r California were simple but very good.\r Cripsy could have been a little more crunchy, but were built well and had enough shrimp.\r Jello-shot were salmon and cream cheese...I usually try to sample a local roll with cream cheese, and these didn't disapoint.\r Ninja Turtle were just for fun...8 rolls arranged to look like a swimming turtle, complete with half cucumbers for the flippers and two octopus ""suction cups"" for the mask...very creative.\r \r Overall, I give it 4 stars. Wasn't expecting TOO much since we're not too close to the ocean, but Take did a good job. Enjoy!
